Omg, I cannot believe that this blog has turned into a food blog. Perhaps I could be the next Martha? Lol, I have been using paper muffin liners all the while. After awhile, I have noticed that the frequency of my baking sessions have doubled or tripled. I no longer have the budget for more fancy paper muffin liners 
I have opted to using self-cut muffin from grease-proof papers.
It may not look as chic and sophisticated,wth, it works the same as the counterpart We have to be practical and frugal at times like this. Lol.

Maggi Tastylite
The other day, I was feeling a little famish, thinking on what to snack on (something quick yet low in calories) and I found this at the pantry, MAGGI TastyLite Curry flavour. I was really skeptical to try as usually “healthy” instant food did not taste as good as promised. 
On its packaging, the low fat, no trans fat and high in source of protein earns itself some points for me to try it
Besides, the 72g of serving has 265kcal, 3.7g of sugar, 2.5g of fat, 1.1g of saturated fat and 1130mg of sodium. All in all it is healthier in comparison to the ordinary version.
Each packet comes with a tiny pack of seasoning and an additional pack of dehydrated vegetables (to make this instant noodle less sinful). Well of course, I have always opted for more vege in my bowl, therefore, I have added a handful of hand-torn cabbage for that little extra fibre.
I must say that the noodles tasted pretty similar to the ordinary-high-fat & calories version. However, the texture of the noodles are even better than the ordinary ones. More springy and less flour-ish.

Shrek Final Chapter
The final chapter of the franchise has finally arrived. This final sequel is a merely 75mins show. It was funny as predictable and it is good enough for Shrek followers/lovers.
This sequel introduces a new character and villian, Rumpelstiltskin. However, this character had been tweeked and twisted for the movie.
