Secondly, whole onto the pomelo with one of your palm.

Getting a pairing knife, make an incision at the centre of the pomelo. All the way around the circumference of the pomelo.

Next, you can use both of your hands to stretch the top & bottom layer of the pomelo skin. Tearing them apart. Tear them with great force.

Final piece , once you have removed the thin menbrane-like skin.

Savour the sweet and sour-ish pomelo.
