10 Tips to Avoid Weight Gain during CNY:
I can’t help but to share this topic with everyone. It is my greatest concern when it comes to every festive seasons. We tend to get carrired away with excessive treats which leads to unwanted weight gain!

Ditch the idea from having to be perfect
-
Eat several small meals throughout the day
-
Fill up with tonnes of water
-
Limit alcohol intakes
-
Go easy with treats ( cookies, cakes, nuts & etc)
-
Schedule time for exercise
-
Inform your family & friends on your weight-maintenance plan
-
Celebrate traditions that do not invovle eating
-
Fill up on the veggie portion
-
Just say “no”
